11 Month Warranty Inspection
Don’t let your builder’s warranty expire with issues left unaddressed.
At around 11 months after closing, we perform a full home inspection to identify defects, performance concerns, and installation issues that may still be covered under your builder’s one-year warranty. This gives you the opportunity to have repairs made before they become your responsibility.
